Shipping
We ship all of our gift baskets with FedEx. FedEx Express shipments are guaranteed for Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday. If FedEx misses the delivery then we will refund the shipping on your gift. Please know that if the recipient is not home and FedEx was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as FedEx missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control or FedEx’s, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth void the delivery guarantee. We are fair and reasonable in our shipping refunds and ask that you be the same.
If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, FedEx charges us a flat $10 fee to return the package, which we must in turn charge you. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do.
Substitution Policy For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item. More is usually on the way but sometimes there are additional delays from vendors. This situation does not occur often but when it does we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value; as per our policy, is it almost always the later.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.

The 50/50 Program
Glorious Basket Designs & Gifts has implemented a special program for donation requests. Due to the nature of our business, we are often asked for donations. Since we are limited in the number of donations we are able to fulfill each year, we have established the following guidelines to better serve the needs of our community.
1. The 50/50 Program is open to non-profit, not-for-profit and educational institutions.
2. The purpose of the gift/gift basket must be for use as a fundraiser, with the proceeds going directly to a specific organization.
3. Glorious Basket Designs & Gifts will match your dollar amount for the basket you would like to have for your event or fundraiser. In other words, if your organization is willing to put $50 into a gift basket, we will match that amount and design a basket worth $100.
4. Glorious Basket Designs & Gifts requires a minimum of three weeks time prior to your event to ensure prompt delivery. (Four weeks during major holiday seasons.)
5. Your organization will be responsible for picking up the basket from us in time for your event.
Glorious Basket Designs & Gifts reserves the right to decline any request made for a donation.
All final decisions will be made by management and will be evaluated on a fair and equal basis.
